There were these sort of cells under the water in the dolphin with bars on them...muSt have been where the wave machine was. Always a rumour going around that a boy got stuck in there and died.

Does anyone remember the Dolphin in Romford and it legendary wave machine?
I used to go there with a bit of a gang including Tony Cottee's sister (she was no looker, but a lovely girl and a great laugh)

alway in east ham swimming pool. learned to dive pretty good there, and did my first try dive there. my mate jamie once did a shit in the pool and it floated under some indian blokes arm as he was resting against the side of the pool and he just looked at it like it was nothing.

Went to Chingford's. But fuck all that slide bollcks I wanted to swim. So would always go to East Ham baths and hit the MAJOR pool.

The one at dartford is now a housing development. I was working on it doing the kitchens for about 2 years. Took them ages to dig all the concrete out from the pools before they could start building.

My mate's dad painted all the metal on FanataSeas in Dartford so we went there for free.
Pretty much every day for an entire school holiday.
Best place on the planet. Especially,'The Black Hole'
